Association for the Defence of EVOO



ADAOVE is the Association for the defense of extra virgin olive oil (AOVE). Based in Alicante, this association, created in June 2021, was born with the desire to defend and promote EVOO as part of the Spain brand and its gastronomy.
Among the objectives set, the association wants to contribute to promoting the fair price for the farmer, sustainability and the circular economy as the basis of production; collaboration with other institutions, research centers, universities, companies, producers, and entities both nationally and internationally; promote R+D+I in training and technology; act jointly with other associations in their defense and the culture of the olive grove and, finally, promote and publish studies and reports that favor the culture of EVOO and promote its spread throughout the world.
