Encourage, promote and defend the culture of EVOO as a superior quality product produced from the olive tree.

Make the product as genuine as EVOO reach consumers and restaurateurs.

Preserve and enrich the cultural, social and environmental background of EVOO and the olive tree as a natural product.

Promote the extra early harvest of the olive, once its maturity index has been reached, to obtain superior quality EVOO.

Promote the values of the Mediterranean Diet, its products, the healthy lifestyle it represents, asserting EVOO as a fundamental pillar.

Promote Sustainability and the Circular Economy of production.

Promote collaboration with other institutions, research centers, universities, companies, producers, and entities both nationally and internationally.

Promote investment, as well as national and international technical cooperation in research projects, development, professional training and technology transfer, in relation to EVOO.

Promote R + D + I in terms of training and technology of EVOO.

10

Promote the expansion of consumption and trade, both nationally and internationally, of EVOO.

Develop plans to achieve maximum levels of quality and thus encourage and inspire changes in the way EVOO is produced and marketed.

Report the practices and actions of companies and institutions that harm the production and marketing of EVOO.

13

To act jointly with other associations in defense of EVOO and the olive grove culture.

14

Publish studies or reports that favor the EVOO culture.
